  • How to breathe, preparing the body and in particular the breathing apparatus.  

  • Why this is beneficial.

  • Why do we need to incorporate the breath in our physical practice and what importance the breath has regarding Yoga and your Yoga practice (or Pilates).
  • An easy guide for self practice. Self practice can be meditative
