This class will consist of Restorative Yoga Poses for half of the class.  Poses that will calm our nervous system - parasympathetic nervous system - and prepare us for the other half of the class with concentration on breathing - Pranayama

This class is suitable for everybody as we all a little assisted calm in our lives and we most certainly need to become aware of the power and benefits of healthy breathing.
